returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 281(FIN) am

measures to be applied to certain expenditures by                              
the executive branch of state government and the                               
University of Alaska from the state operating budget

providing for an effective date.

Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote                 
on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective             
date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.
